CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before they have been packed or shipped.

Due to the nature of our body care products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If you have any concerns with your purchase, please contact us at team@threeand7.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and we will gladly assist you. 

ADDITIONAL PRODUCT INFORMATION

Our products are formulated with premium magnesium, naturally derived ingredients and pure essential oils.

As every individual's skin is unique, we encourage customers with sensitive skin to review the ingredient list on each product page before purchasing. 

Some individuals may experience a mild tingling sensation when first applying our Magnesium Body Soufflé. This is a normal response to topical magnesium and is usually temporary. If discomfort persists or irritation occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice if necessary.

Always close the lid securely after each use and refer to the expiry date printed on the product label.
